We at SAQI have defined a detailed roadmap for the development of quality professionals in South Africa.

Your development roadmap starts with a Level Two Certificate in Quality Control which is followed by the Level Three Certificate in Quality Assurance and could ultimately lead to a Level Four Certificate in Quality Management.

Our program is structured around the individual levels of responsibility, reporting to today’s typical quality managers and clarifies the roles of quality control, quality assurance and, quality management in our organisation today.

We offer public courses to individuals as well as inhouse training to 10 or more delegates.

All public training takes place on the CSIR campus in Pretoria. SAQI courses are peer level approved. We also offer awareness and supplementary short programs.

Awareness & Supplementary Short Programs

The SAQI Level 1 Awareness programs are aimed at equipping the entry level inspector with a "Hands-on" skill set to perform inspections activities.

Inspection

B80 - Aimed at the inspection of welded components.

Mechanical Inspection

B81 - Aimed at the inspection of components and parts.

Duration: 2 days

ISO 3834 - Welding Short Course

B82 - Aimed at ensuring quality in fusion welding processes.

Duration: 2 days

SMME Short Course

B120 - The Construction Industry Small, medium and Micro-sized Enterprise (SMME) Short course outlines strength requirements for structural stability.
